Party Policies
- For the best performance Max needs a clear space in which the guests may sit comfortably in front of him to enjoy the magic show!
- For outdoor parties a flat and shady area is required.
- Max requires a wall or barrier to perform in front of, with an accessible electrical outlet for his sound system.
- Eating is NOT permitted during the magic show.

Travel Fee
- All parties outside of Manhattan are subject to a 2 hour minimum and travel fee of $50-$150.

Cancellation Policy:
- If a party must be canceled Max Darwin Magic must be given notice of ten business days
-  All deposits are Non-Refundable
- If a cancellation occurs less than five days before the event the client is responsible for paying half of the balance due.
- If a party must be rescheduled due to inclement weather or emergency, there is a $100 rescheduling fee added
